
We accept and conduct a sample production for prototype plant in order to correspond the needs of deburring fabrication and surface treatment according to electroless polishing.
Delivery results
When the system utilizes an electroless solution, the system operates simultaneously a chemical polishing and a deburring of the parts which have been deposited for 1 to 10 minutes in the solution contained in a barrel or basket not by utilizing electricity or jig.
The performances have been already evaluated highly in Europe so that they are introducing and converting existing electrolytic deburring machine and the facility of Thermal deburring technology in to our system.
Scope of usages
It is suitable for the polishing and deburring treatments of carbon steel, low alloy steel and mild steel with carbon content of up to 1.3% that have been quenched or not.
If carbon content is lower than 0.4%, it becomes luster clearly, but it becomes light black if the carbon content is more than it.
It is applicable for various kinds of areas including precision machine parts, hydraulic devices, aircraft parts, automobile parts, and nozzle needles.
Effects
- When the burrs on the whole surface deposit in the solution are removed, it becomes possible to operate a polishing smoothly into inner part of hole, lateral hole, and hollow.
- It is possible to remove the burrs generated in deep part of hole by operating drill fabrication and polishing fabrication.
- A surface is finished with a clean and complete metallic phase.
- It makes available to manufacture precision parts within a tolerance level in aspect of control of metal solution removal quantity.
- It generates oxygen only during the treatment so that it gets rid of any risk from hydrogen.
- It does not induce any mechanical deformation that makes possible to treat parts with very thin thickness as well.
- The treatment is operated indoors so that it does not induce any damage due to heat.
