As the need from the market of high grade mirror surface fabrication from the industries has been increased, USUDA-KOGYO has provided them with finishing fabrications of high grade mirror surfaces of the liquid and gas channels of the tube sub materials that re widely utilized in semiconductors, liquid crystals, and lithium ion battery production devices, food, medical and pharmaceutical plants.
And also most of the fluid channels are minute and the deep holes and crossed holes are complicatedly arranged slant ones make fabrications very difficult almost. The fully electronically controlled polishing machine, not controlled by the existing manual method of“feeling”, has developed in us to make possible to fabricate a super mirror surface stably not depending on a manual method. Since then we have been capable to receive so many inquiries from nationwide at first from semiconductor and lithium ion battery industries.
In deep fabrication of differently shaped parts, a precision degree of surface roughness 0.15Ra from φ1 at minimum to φ16 at maximum up to depth 550mm is realized with the gun drill fabrication.
And also we provide a high degree mirror surface finishing fabrication by combining with honing fabrication, polishing fabrication, and deposition electrolytic polishing concerning the rigorous requirement of surface roughness for fluid tube parts.
A combination of honing fabrication and polishing fabrication or electrolytic is applied for stainless steel tube parts so that it makes us possible to provide a high degree super mirror finishing fabrication of minute hole diameter 0.9mm. And also it is possible for us up to 550mm for above φ3 in the super mirror surface finishing of a deep hole.
Since we conduct a job by utilizing the polishing machine with full electronic control, not controlled by the existing manual method of“feeling”, so that there is no error among the products finally.
Fabrication processes of minute hole mirror surface
1.Fabrication of minute deep holes with the gun drill machine
A surface roughness is adjusted to minimize a hole curving and to shorten a mirror surface finishing time.
2.Polishing fabrication
It polishes by using grindstones with different grain sizes and the polishing lathe with 3 vertical axes. The polishing machines developed in us is utilized fro slant holes.
3.Mirror surface finishing fabrication
The special machine with lateral type developed in us conducts a mirror finishing fabrication depth 550mm in maximum, which is possible to fabricate a mirror surface finishing up to the front end of terminus hole and makes an object and tools to be rotated simultaneously in order to make possible mirror surface finishing fabrication of the spherical surface of inner surface as well.
4.Electrolytic polishing fabrication
Electrolytic polishing is aimed to restrain an eruption of metal ions and to generate immovable membranes. The process is complex electrolytic polishing to obtain a mirror surface polishing of metal surface with a higher efficiency by applying the mechanical scratches according to the metal eruption and the abrasive materials being caused by the current electrolysis.
